Why do this? Every season I watch riders do incredible things that never end up on a podium. These awards are for the bottle runs, the superwoman pulls, the attack that got pipped at the line, and so much more. And as a fan, you get to pick the winners!

There are 30 categories in six groups. Fill in as many categories as you want and skip the ones you're not sure about.

Everyone gets one ballot. You can come back and update it any time before voting closes, and your latest picks are the ones that count. Remember this is just for funsies.

Voting closes Saturday, October 31 at 11:59 PM GMT+1. Your ballot is anonymous.

Who can be nominated: Any rider who has raced at least four Women's WorldTour races this season. Up and Comers is for riders born in 2004 or later.

One award per rider: If someone tops more than one category, she takes home the one where she got the most votes. If that's even, the bigger winning margin decides. The next rider in the other category moves up. Spread the love!

Teams and staff: Team Tactic of the Year and Chase of the Year go to a whole team. Behind the Barriers goes to a staff member.
